Each morning you’ll find butcher Nick behind the meat counter from 7am, making the day’s sausages and chatting to the regulars as he dresses the window with the morning’s best cuts of beef, venison and lamb.
We love it when our customers are as passionate as us about where their meat comes from, and it’s always a pleasure to talk good food and latest recipes! The team are also well versed in their recommendations of local wines, gins and craft beers, so do ask them for help navigating the shelves to find the perfect drinks and deli products.
